Dong Au Investment Joint-Stock Company is established according to Business Registration Certificate No. 0103028272 issued on December 18th 2007 by the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Ha Noi City. The founding members group who are used to studying and working at Euro East area, we wish to explore the contribution to financial cumulative, experience invest to the country.
Although the company was founded during the global economic crisis, with market experience and determination, its leaders decided this was a once in a life time opportunity to release funds to investment projects in Vietnam. With tremendous confidence, the company made its bold move in different investments, such as mineral exploitation & production, real estate and finance, opening the recovery momentum for the economy of Vietnam and the world.
Currently, we focus on investing in the project of Manganese producing of the TGM Joint Stock Company and the project of Lead - Zinc proccessing of CKC Company Limited. At the same time, our company is a stratergical shareholder of PV Media, RCC Railway Contruction Joint Stock Company.
Initial success is the important premise for us to continue implementing our potential projects in the coming time, such as: Building Project No. 9 Lang Ha – Hanoi, the projects in Xuan Phuong commune - Tu Liem district, the project Hoang Quoc Viet extended road.
The Company is also preparing its organization structure and financial capability for the introduction of Dong Au Fund Management and Dong Au real estate trading floor; gradually turn the Company into a Group with many subsidiaries and member companies operating effectively, contributing to the overall development of the country's economy.
